Epic shares a Discord message from Apple1417, who's created a number of mods before for the Borderlands games. "Recently there's been a lot of misinformation and fearmongering concerning the new 2K TOS," they write. "Rest assured, there is nothing different about it compared to what was there previously – the main clause everyone's freaking out about was already there.

"It will not have any effect on Borderlands modding," they continue, adding: "We'll remind you the Gearbox forums used to♋ have a modding section, all the way since [Borderlands 1], they've never even taken any steps against it, let alone legal action. So please, don'tꦇ worry about it."

Whether this will serve to calm down anxious fans is another matter, though. After all, the number of negative reviews on Borderlands 2 has only risen since being offered for free, despite the fact that the backlash started weeks ago, and even back then, some fans suggested that people were 🧸"overreacting" to the whole thing.

There was an unprecedented GTA 6 leak on September 18, 2022, which saw dozens of videos and screenshots from an alleged in-development build of the game spread online. Are you wondering whether the GTA 6 leaks are real? Well, Rockstar ha☂s since issued a statement confirming the hack: "We recently suffered a network intrusion in which an unauthorized third party illegally accessed and downloaded co🌜nfidential information from our systems, including early development footage for the next Grand Theft Auto."

"We are extremely disappointed to have any details of our next game shared with you all in this way," the Rockstar statement continues. "We wil⭕l update everyone again soon and, of course, will properly introduce you to this next game when it's ready. We want to thank everyone for their ongoing support through this situation."

In the 48 hours since the GTA 6 leak first appeared, the GTA Forums have worked to s✃crub all remnants of the illegally obtained screenshots and videos to avoid being "obliterated by Rockstar". The dedicated GTA 6 reddit has also taken all offline, and has committed to staying online wi📖th one condition: "We will allow discussion🌼s related to the leak without attaching the leaks. We don't allow comments that has [sic] download links to the leak."

As Rockstar is yet to release an unvarnished GTA 6 gameplay trailer, it's difficult for us to say with certainty how this new game will play and how it will innovate on Grand Theft Auto 5. But that's the problem with games like GTA 5 - when a 🅰game gives lets you do anything, you can't help but want everything, plus a little 💝more. And for awhile, it seemed like that was what we were going to get.

A from December 2013 tells players to look forward to "substantial additions" to the game's story mode. These additions were planned for 2014. In case you needed to check your watch and/or calendar, it's now 2016 and all's quiet on the🌸 single-player San Andreas front.

So the question is, where is it? It's been three years since GTA 5 first released on Xbox 360 and PS3, two years since it came to Xbox One and PS4, and one year sinꦫce its arrival on PC. In that time, what have we learned about GT𝕴A 5 single-player DLC?

Interestingly, most rumors have been spurred not thanks to anyone from Rockstar, but those who work with the studio. Meanwhile, a new outfit or caꦕr for your GTA Online avatar takes considerably less work to produce, and you can buy as much GTA$ as your real-world wallet can handle. From a "you and me as players who want more story" perspective, it's not very encouraging. But from a business perspective, it makes sense.

Now, this isn't to say that GTA 5 single-player DLC will never happen.
