Casino Royale's Le Chiffre joining Hitman World of Assassination was one of the surprise reveals from Summer Game Fest 2025. Successfully taking him out will net you a reward in IO Interactive's upco꧅ming James Bond game 007 First Light, even though Hitman senior level designer Martin Ansdal has since told us "that does no♈t imply a larger, shared thin𝐆g" between the two universes.

In the same interview, we asked how IO Interactive approaches designing a level like this when players have so many different ways to tackle it and compleඣte the mission. Ansdal agrees that this is certainly a challenge "after all the updates" that have been added, including "the banana peel," which can be used to make people slip over in true slapstick fashion. "So that's something we now have to consider," he says.

Beyond that, though, "the hardest part is actually keeping the target alive, because the player has so many ways" to take them out. Ansdal points to the antics of speedrunners and "some of the stuff they do." He explains: "Le Chiffre took like five months to make, and some guy will surely do it in like a💃 second or something."

Mads Mikkelsen says his roles in Death Stranding and Hitman both had "one thing" in common: "I had no idea what was going on."

"I had no idea what was going on," he admits, when asked if approaching this role was different at all from Death Stranding, or if he just "jumped right back into it." We caught up with IO's 007 franchise director Jonathan Lacaille during 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Summer Game Fest 2025, and we basically asked him for a vibe check. Is 007: First Light the linear, cinematic action game it looks like in its from this week, or can we expect to see mಌore of the Hitman series' systems-driven design that IO has become known for these days?

"It's neither," he said. "IOI has a pedigree, and that fits really well w🧔ith the [007] IP, so we are leaning into that, of course. But that w♌ould not tell the full story ... we are leaning a lot on what IOI does best."

He mentioned driving as an example of a new gameplay mechanic IOI had to learn, as the Hitman games don't have driving. Shooting guns, likewise, is sღomething you really don't want to do much in Hitman, but naturally in a game like 007: First Light, it's a big part of the experience. Still, Lacaille stressed that "we don't want the game to just go by shooting and shooting and shooting. We want to give the player a lot of tools to feel as smart as Bond in the game."

After a somewhat conspicuously long period of silence, 007: First Light is slated for launch next year on PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch 2, and PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store.

007: First Light devs chose a James Bond origin story to help be "more relatable" to a "younger audience maybe than the Bond franchise is used to"

"What you saw from First Light, it's a completely original Bond and a completely original universe," senior Hitman level designer Martin Ansdal tells me in a Summer Game Fest int💟erview. "I think they want, really, to design a Bond for video games, and that has to be a distinct a♊nd separate universe. So there's no plans for crossover."

Since Le Chiffre is a character pulled from the Daniel Craig movie universe, he "would not have been able to exist" in the same world as new game 007 First Light, Ansdal continues, "because that crea༒tes confusion about what universe it is.🔥"

As IO sees it, "you can have Mads Mikkelsen as a guest sta🔯r in the World of Assassination, but it's important to state that does not imply a larger, shared thing."

Regardless, Le Chiffre's appearance in Hitman has given the team room to create something "more ambitious꧙" than previous Elusive Targets, and Ansdal says that's important for the studio, the Hitman brand, and✤ himself as a designer.

"When I go to work, I don't try to make 'content.' I try to do something special, like something that doesn't exist in other games. An experience you couldn't have in any other game. [No] other game wil𝐆l have you dress up as a flamingo and kill Le Chiffre with a banana peel he slips on. You cannot get that anywhere else."

"I was in a studio doing a corporate thing. And that studio was also making the 💜graphics for the first game. They actually interrupted my session. They opened the door and said 'David! Bateson goes on to say "I truly look upon Agent 47, Tobias Rieper, as a very, very close friend. I feel very protective of him. I feel like I really, really know this character. After so many years, both the writers and myself have kind of grown up with this character."

Of course, Agent 47 is not like many other characters. He was designꦬed to be a blank slate, to fit into any role or disguise in broad daylight. The personality and funny dry delivery come from Bateson's familiarity with the character and the writers building him in tan൩dem. 

"So they're writing with a knowledge of how he would say things, and what he would say. And they're also hearing me, how I would probabl♛y give an interpretation. It's become a kind of synergy of my acting talent and their writing talent., which has just got tighter and tighter."

Developing a role isn't an easy feat. It requires each member of 🐷the team to bring their all, and in some cases, pull from old memories to find the inspiration for the next plot beat. With Agent 47, Bateson recalls an old childhood memory that helped him resonate with the character.

"I moved around a hell of a lot as a kid. I went to nine scho🌊ols in 12 years of schooling. So I was always the new boy getting the shit kicked out of time. I always felt on the outside looking in, where everyone knew each other since they were at nursery school. They'd been through each others' ever🌳ything. And I hadn't."

Bateson has spent almost half a lifetime with Agent 47, and that's not something you see very often. With some IP lying dormant for years, company restructuring, and voice actors coming and going, it's nice to know that wherever Agent 47 goes, Bateson is alo𓆉ng for the ride.

To this end, all Hitman: World of Assass🍃ination owners will have the exact same content. This basically means content from Hitman 1 and Hitman 2, which was previously available for Hitman 3 players willing to shell out a little extra, is all going entirely free in the retitled game.

This means 21 total destinations from across the Hitman trilogy will all be immediately available in Hitman: World of Assassination, to both new and veteran players. However, you'll n🌸eed to purchase the Hitman: World of Assassination Deluxe Pacꦑk to gain access to the DLC maps from Hitman 1 and 2.

This includes Haven Island and New York, both of which were DLC for Hitman 2, as well as the Seven Deadly Sins contraไcts, which were DLC for Hitman 3. All the base Hitman trilogy content is being bundled together into one package, while also DLC from the three games is similarly being bundled into one purchase option.

Elsewhere, we're still waiting on Hitman 3's rogue-like Freelancer mode, which was previously delayed out of 2022 and into this year. 

Just below, you can see a gameplay walkthrough of the Chongqing Noodle Massacre, a brand new mission modded into Hitman 3. However, if you head over to the page for the mod, or if you're familiar with past Hitman games, you might recognise this as the Seafood Massacre mission from ൩Hitman: Contracts and Codename 47.

The Chongqing N꧅oodle Massacre mod was f♍irst published in Hitman 3 in June, but it's flown relatively under the radar until now. This is the very first modded bonus mission for Hitman 3, and it's basically taking the older mission from the series' past and reconstructing it entirely to fit in the confines of the Chongqing level from the base game.

There are two versions of the mission in the mod. You can pick the daytime or night versions of the Chongqing Noodle Massacre mission, and your mission targets will change depending on which version you pick. However, the one constant is that y♎ou need to take out the Red Dragon Negotiator, hide their body, and leave ⛎a special amulet on a table to implicate the same organization.

It's interesting that only in this mod can you access the Chongqing map in Hitman 3 at daytime. Ordinar⛦ily, the map will always load players into a night time setting, 🧔and this surely produced tonnes of extra work for the team behind the mod, as they reveal they've had to manually edit out all puddles, rain, rain sound effects, wetness built into textures, and even certain lights.

This is a pretty staggering dedication, and despite the mod team acknowledging that the original mission in Hitman: Contracts/Codename 47 was one of the smallest in both games, it's clearly taken massive amounts of work. Perhaps this will tide players over until the Freelancer mode forဣ Hitman 3 launches later this 🏅year.

This means that, yes, the lineup of July content has already kicked off in Hitman 3. Just below, you can 🃏see the announcement from developer IO Interactive outlining all the new content coming throughout the month, headlined by an entirely free location called Ambrose Island, launching on July 26.

With Ambrose Island loosely shaping up to be a 🥂pirate-themed adventure on a remote island, there's a more literal pirate-themed adventure on the cards with July's Featured Contract. Bootleꦗg and Buccaneers launches on July 21, and drops Agent 47 on an island armed with a cutlass and pirate garb.

Elsewhere, there are two new Elusive Targets to try your hand at. The Revolutionary is live right now🤡 for everyone who owns the Hitman 2 Access Pass, and the imposing Food Critic will be live this time next week on July 15, available only for those who own the Hitman 1 GOTY Access Pass.

Finally, the free location for July is active for everyone right now through to July 10. This time, Bangkok is goin♚g free to play for everyone who owns the base version of Hitman 3, and it wouldn't be a stretch to say this is one of the original Hitman's best offerings in terms of locations and creative kills. 

This is just the latest in a long line of content for Hitman 3, with the promising 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Freelance🔥r mꦺode set to launch later this year. Ultimately, if you perish during the campaign, you lose all your gear. It's๊ a risk-reward dynamic we haven't really seen explored until now in the World of Assassination trilogy from IOI, and as the developer makes very clear in the new blog post today, it&apo🌼s;s generally regarded as the next evolution of the entire series at large, not just another simple update.

To compensate for the Freelancer delay, IOI is bringing in some new content in the meantime. You can check out the newly-unveiled May roadmap for Hitman 3 just below, which includes new weapons, new Featured Contracts, two returning Elusive Contracts, and there's even a 🔴new event called Duck Hunt taking place later this month. Topping this all off is a game update later this month on May 24.

It certainly looks like Hitman 3's got a fairly busy future immediately ahead of it, as developer IOI continues work on it aside from other projects. The studio introduced the Elusive Target Arcade back in January - a twist on Hitman’s one-shot assassination mode that asks you to take down multiple targets one after another, with extra complications thrown in. It’s tricky, so the usual ‘one shot’ rule for Elusive Targets is toned down - i🐻f you fail, you’re locked out for only 12 hours.

A bunch of tweaks have been made to preexisting Arcade Contracts, too - IO removing two complication💜s each from The Deceits, The Codices anꦉd The Ellipses. That’ll bring them in line with a new rule: a single complication will persist throughout each Contract.

Ultimately, IO is planning on making all complications optional, letting you opt out of the restrictions you don’t find fulfilling. “If we don’t encounter any unexpect🐎ed issues, we expect to implement this additional change with our next patch,” the studio says.

Next week, players can expect a new Elusive Target in Dartm💧oor, named The Collector. You’ll have ten days to take down the fine art addꦿict, though as usual, you’ll only get one attempt.

Beyond tha🐼t, IO is p𝐆lanning to add Contracts Mode support for a couple of older missions from March 17. And it’ll finish out the month on March 24 with yet another batch of Arcade Contracts for Elusive Target Arcade. Busy, busy!

How to get the Private Investigator disguise

To start this murder mystery, you need to get the Private Investigator disguise. The quickest way to do this is to head to the right of the gate right at the beginning of the level where you'll find a part of the wall you can hop over. From there you can cross the river where the banks are sandy to reach the bushes near some rocks. You can throw a coin here to get the detective's attention as he goes past, and subdue him to take his disguise. You'll need to get him close to the bushes so t🅷he rock hides what you'r🥂e doing though, or the maid waiting to greet him will raise the alarm. 

You can then enter the house as the detective but you'll need to either ditch your gun to get past a frisk, or sneak it in. For the latter option head left at the front door, hop over the wall, and follow the left hand side of the house around, through some bushes. You'll find an open window right on the c🍌orner where the bushes end - drop your gun under the window here and as soon as you get in the hous🅷e you can get it back via the first room on your left. You can wander the lower floors freely as the detective and no one will question you jumping out a window for a second. 

Hitman 3 Clues Location - Zachary's Bedroom

Once you've been led to Zachary's Bedroom, you'll need to identify six clues. These can be found either by examining objecꦇts directly, or by using your new camera to scan them. The six clues you need are as follows:

1. Zachary's Body - use your camera to scan the body in the bed.
2. Whisky Glass and Bottle - use your camera to scan the glass and bottle on the table by the bed.
3. Zachary's Suicide Note - on the table next to the fireplace.
4. Zachary's Laptop - on the desk to the left of the fireplace.
5. Secret Room - approach the bookcases to the left of the large mirror and look for a book in the middle section you can pull.
6. Mansion Floor Plan - inside the Secret Room you reveal, on the ledge under the one-way mirror.

With all of those clues found, head back down to Mr Fernsby in the Foyer and ask for more information. This will flag additional areas to investigate f🍌or clues – Emma and Gregory's Room, Rebecca's Room, and Mr Fernsby's Office – but to get the complete story you'll need to visit the following locations:

Hitman 3 Clues Location - Mr Fernsby's Office

Now start investigating the flagged rooms with Mr Fernsby's Office, as this will help with the rest of the investigation. The door tꩲo his office is locked, but you can silently pop it open with a crowbar – if you didn&a🔴pos;t pick it up earlier, there's one just outside the Kitchen by the delivery vans. The three clues are as follows:

1. Zachary's Half-Burnt Diary - at the back of the fireplace behind Mr Fernsby's desk, handwriting does not match Zachary's suicide note.
2. Mr Fernsby's List - on Mr Fernsby's desk, handwriting does not match Zachary's suicide note.
3. Mr Fernsby's Pills - on the windowsill opposite the desk.

At this point you will be given the opportunity to frame the butler for Zachary's murder, even though you know he didn't do it. You should therefore continue investigating, and if you grab the Mansion Master Key here from the shelves in the ༺corner near the fireplace you can then access the other two rooms.

Hitman 3 Clues Location - Emma and Gregory's Room

Head up to the first floor and use the Mansion Ma♑ster Key to unlock Emma and Greg▨ory's Room, then search for these four clues:

1. Letter From Emma's Mother - on the bedside table to the right of the bed.
2. Greenhouse Key Chain - nestled in the pile of suitcases near the fireplace.
3. Bulldog Cane - leaning against the drawers to the right of the fireplace.
4. Shoes and Footprints - use your camera to scan the shoes in the corner to the left of the fireplace.

The Bulld🐈og Cane also operates as a key to🎃 open passages to Secret Rooms around the mansion, so take it with you.

Hitman 3 Clues Location - Secret Room

Back in the corridor, head straight on until you reach the upper floor of the library, then check the shelves behind the table with the radio where you entered to find a Mysterious Switch you can activate with the Bulldog Cane. This opens a Secret Room, and inside you'll find Montgomery's Long Lost Letter – at this point you'll be able to frame the situation to suggest that Zachary did in fact commit s𒆙uicide, buཧt we know that didn't happen so let's press on.

Hitman 3 Clues Location - Rebecca's Room

Again, use the Mansion Master Key to uꩲnlock Rebecca's Room, theཧn track down these two clues:

1. Rebecca's Notebook - use your camera to scan the notebook near the fireplace, handwriting does not match Zachary's suicide note.
2. Rebecca's Laptop - on the table in the middle of the room, confirms Rebecca's alibi.

Hitman 3 Clues Location - The Greenhouse

Finally, head to The Greenhouse at the far end of the garden. The entrances are locked, but you can easily pop one of them open with a crowbar when nobody's looking 🥂– if you don't already have this tool to hand, you can pick one up from behind The Greenhouse. Inside you might observe Emma Carlisle working on something depending on timings, although you might also find it empty. Once she leaves you can identify the following two clues:

1. Lab Equipment - on a bench to the side of The Greenhouse with no door.
2. Poison Dosage Table - use your camera to scan the book on the bench to the right of the Lab Equipment.

You can also grab the Boat Key from the other side of The Greenhouse, to unlock an additional exit option and use the equipment and plants to make a lethal poison that might be useful later. At this point you'll have uncovered all the evidence you need to prove that Emma murdered Zachary, so now follow the marker back to Mr Fernsby and tell him you're ready to conclude your investigation. You'll need to act fast, as Emma immediately heads to the Sitting Room to poison Alexa's drink, and if you don't speak to Mr Fernsby before Alexa arrives in the Sitting Room she'll be eliminated before you get what you need – though this does earn you the Family Feud trophy or achievement. Once you've notified Mr Fernsby that you'rꦜe ready, follow him to Alexa Carlisle's Office on Level 2 then wait for her to arrive.

Hitman 3 Dartmoor - Concluding The Investigation

Once you sit with Al♔exa in her office, you'll be presented with three conclusions to reveal, each of which unlocks a different Feat within Dartmoor:

• Accuse Emma - A Matter of Justice.
• Accuse Mr Fernsby - A Matter of Loyalty.
• Accuse Zachary - A Matter of Guilt.

Whichever option you choose, ask for the Case File as your reward and Alexa will open the safe for you to retrieve it, before walking out to the balcony. If you confirmed that Zachary committed suicide, Al🍃exa will be so wracked with guilt that she throws herself over the ledge and does💝 the job for you, otherwise you'll need to walk out onto the balcony and push her over. You can also poison the tea she drinks in the room directly opposite when you leave her office. You're now free to stroll out of the mansion to the exit of your choice and celebrate your great detective work – mission accomplished.

Hitman 3 Dartmoor - Alexa Carlisle's Office Safe Code

If you decided to ask for Money instead of the Case File as your reward, or have otherwise ended up in Alexa Carlisle's Office with the safe locked, then there is a way to get it open. Activate the button on the side of her chair by the desk and a painting will move aside to reveal the safe, which has a set of four symbols above it. Look around the office for items that match the symb🍸ols and you'll find small plaques with numbers next to them as follows:

• Clock - 1
• Telescope - 9
• Fireplace - 7
• Moose - 5

Put these together, and Alexa Carlisle's Office safe code is 1975, so punch that into the keypad and you can grab the Case File to c🏅omplete your objective.

Hitman 3 Mission Stories: Dubai - On Top Of The World

Two of the Providence Partners, Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant, are at the top of the Burj Al-Ghazali skyscraper towering over the Dubai desert. Carl Ingram is holed up in the♊ rooftop penthouse suite, while Marcus Stuyvesant is admiring the "Accumulus" art installation below.

How The Mighty Fall

Approach the terminals in the upper right corner of the Level 0 Atrium, and interact with the highlighted unit to start this Mission Story. Head to the entrance to the Staff Area in the lower left corner of Level 0, where Grey should help you by accessing the security camera to reveal 4706 as the door code, which you'll need to enter manually. Once inside, you'll need to follow the instructions to reach the Level 3 Server Room, then obtain the key card from a nearby maintenance worker. Back in the S𓄧erver Room, look for the server rack with a different display above and sabotage it to get admin privileges, then update the schedule. Grab a nearby Penthouse Guard's disguise, then head up to the Lounge to secure both targets inside.

Bird Of Prey

Go up to the Level 1 Garden area, where you'll find assassin Zana "The V💙ulture" Kazem being 🐓refused access to a secure area. Follow him into the Garden, and he'll soon walk off to a secluded area where you can subdue him, take The Assassin disguise, then hide his body in the bushes – don't take any of his weapons as you need to return to the secure area and pass a frisk. The assistant will lead you to a meeting with Carl Ingram, who will ask you to take out reporter Hans Lucht.

Head back to the Atrium and locate Hans Lucht, then use the Escort prompt to have hiꦑm follow you. Lead him to a quiet spot – there are several bathrooms off the Atrium with private stalls – then knock him out and take a photo with your camera. Deliver the picture to the assistant, then follow her to the penthouse🔯 to meet Ingram again.

(In)Security

Make your way up to Level 2 via the stairs to the left of the Black Gold Bar on Level 1, and at the Security Room you'll overhear a conversation about Marcus Stuyvesan's replacement bodyguard, who you need to locate. Although the marker then highlights the door by the Level 1 Black Gold Bar to access the staff area, you can also use the Level 0 entrance from How The Mighty Fall with code 4706. Once inside, grab an Event Security disguise – there's one in the laundry room off the staff area stairwell on Level 1 – then find the changing room inside the kitc♑hen on Level 0.

After a humorous exchange with the boxers-clad new recruit, swipe his Transfer Papers from the ben꧒ch then report to the Security Room on Level 2. Meet Marcus Stuy💜vesan then follow him out to the balcony, before hitting the four moving targets with throwing knives. This will complete the Mission Story, and once the other guard is dismissed you'll immediately have the opportunity to push Marcus Stuyvesan off the side of the building.

A Day To Remember

Head to the Garden in the upper area of the map, where you'll find the Photographer setting up a family photo. Next you need to grab a fuse cell, and although the marker directs you to one you'll need a crowbar to access it – you can get a crowbar from outside the kitchen on the right side of the map, or behind the Greenhouse at the top of the map. With the fuse in hand, install it in the other fuse box in the Garden then take a photograph of the staff member.

That completes the Mission Story, but to wrap things up you can wait until the staff member moves to summon the family members, grab the screwdriver from the bench to the side with blue boxes on top then expose the wire behind the chair in front of the camera. Ne🎐xt, grab the wrench from the opposite side of the fountain then use it to open the water valve on the side and create a leak. Wait for the family to assemble in position, then use the camera to take the photograph and electrocute Alexa Carlisle.

Her Final Resting Place

Go to the Graveyard on the left side of the map, where you'll overhear a maid talking about the funeral arrangements. First order of business is to get rid of the graveyard birds, which you can do by shooting the three nests in t🎀he trees they are circling. Try and do this with a silenced weapon from a distance to avoid rai♛sing suspicion, though if any shots are heard then hide in the bushes until the search ends. You'll now have a brief window to disguise yourself as the Undertaker, before Alexa Carlisle arrives on the scene for a tour. Either way, the Mission Story is complete when your target reaches the graveyard.

Dartmoor - Death in the Family: Other Assassination Opportunities

Hitman 3 Mission Stories: Chongqing - End Of An Era

In an attempt to expose the work of ICA to the world, Agent 47 needs to access the data core deep within a secret underground Facility. Unfortunately this is protected by Imogen Royce, a brilliant behavioural analyst, and Hush, a great innovator who is runningꦇ unethical experiments, who are both connected to the data security systems and must be eliminated.

Certainty Principle

Head into the Restaurant below Yuzhong Square on the map, to overhear the conversation with the Board Member and kick things off. Now go outside and cross the square to the hotel opposite, where you'll need to access the ICA Apartment – either continue up to the rooftop then drop down on the far side to climb in through the window, or take a shortcut using 0118 as the code for the fro🅰nt door. Inside, grab🧸 the P41 Form off the floor at the foot of the bed, then return to the Restaurant. Either wait for the Dumpling Cook to walk past the storage basket or lure him into the bathroom, then knock him out and take his disguise before dumping the body. Grab the Emetic Rat Poison from the stool in the bathroom, then head into the kitchen.

Walk up to the bowl beside the bell and follow the Prepare prompt, then apply the rat poison when nobody is watching. Ring the Service Bell then wait for the tainted food to be served to the Board Member, before following him into the bathroom to steal his disguise afteღr subduing him then dumping the body. Go through the kitchen and start the tour with the Facility Guide – if you have any illegal weapons, you can conceal them in the wastebasket by the stairs you came down to enter the Facility before passing the frisk. Inside the Vetting Office, use your camera to hack the glass panel in the corner then quickly hack the laptop to let Olivia in. On the other side you'll meet Imogen Royce, so follow her on the tour until the Mission Story is complete.

Impulse Control

Make your way to the alleyway right then up on the map from Yuzhong Square and listen in on the conversation between the Homeless People, before taking down theཧ one stood by the crates, stealing his disguise and dumping the body. Now continue along the alleyway past the blue van, go left then left again to find The Block building – conceal your illegal weapon in the garbage can outside if you have one. Enter the building, pass the frisk, then follow the guard to the screening room and wait your turn. After your brief interview you'll need to find a way up to the top floor, so you could try luring someone into the connected toilet to steal their disguise, or go out onto the balcony through the door and climb the pipe at the end to reach the next floor up.

When you reach Level 5, immediately turn right after you enter the testing area to find a bathroom in the corner where the Perfect Test Subject is waiting. Steal their disguise and dump the body, then return to the test area and speak to researcher Junli. You can then enter the experimentation chairs with Hush t꧋o complete the Mission Story – though ultimately you'll need to inc🐻apacitate and hide Junli, so Sister Lei will operate the controls without restraint and overload Hush's brain.

All-Seeing Eyes

Go to the Laundromat up then left on the map from Yuzhong Square, then use the ICA code 0118 to unlock the doors at the rear. Head up the stairs and overhear the drone discussion, then sneak past the guards and continue up to the roof. Knock out the Street Guard, take his disguise and sniper rifle, then dump the body and continue up the stairs to the upper roof where the drone can be scanned with your camera. Now stand on the platform under the sign, and snipe the five drones as they move back and forth across the sky ജin a fixed pattern – it's easiest to hit them at the end of their path rather than when they are moving through the air.

Now you need to avoid the guard patrols, so drop through the gap and slide down the drainpipe as two of them come up the stairs to the upper rooftop, then remain on the roof but st𝓀ay out of sight until the prompt tells you to shoot more drones near The Block. Sneak behind the guards to get back to the upper rooftop, then take out the remaining drones before waiting for Hush and Imogen Royce to meet in the Lotus Passage opposite. The Mission Story is finished here, but time your shot correctly and you can eliminate both targets with one sniper bullet – and the added bonus is your drone hacking allows Olivia to hack th༒e data core remotely, so you don't even have to set foot in the Facility and can simply stroll out of the nearby exit.

Head across the Dance Floo𓆏r and through Reception to the Fermentation Atrium, where you'll find Corvo Black disဣcussing a tour of the estate. Follow him outside and wait until he goes for a smoke near the railings, then subdue him and steal his disguise before dumping his body in the flowerbed.

Eyes On Target

At the bottom of the main driveway, quickly dart past the Gauchos guarding the entrance to the dirt track and dᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚuck into the flowers on your left before𝓀 you're spotted. 1. Pick up everything in case you need it

In the world of Hitman it pays to be a kleptomaniac, so every time you see a handy item or❀ tool lying around make sure you grab it. You'll usually start with a few coins in your pocket, and there are often more lying around within levels for you to pick up, which is handy as they're the perfect tool for creating distractions. Their use is twofold, as you can either throw one near an NPC to move them out of position so you can sneak past, or use the sound to lure them into a secluded area so you can subdue them without getting spotted. In a pinch you can us🥃e other items such as bricks or fruit for the same purpose, just make sure your target doesn't see you throwing the thing or they'll investigate you instead.

3. Instinct Mode is your greatest tool

Use Instinct Mode often to keep track of your targets' locations and their movements, as well scanning ahead when moving through restricted areas or to spot if NPCs who can see through your disguise are around, so you don't end up walking straight into them. Instinct Mode highlights any other nearby items you can interact with, includin🎀g places to hide bodies, and you can also follow wires and pipes to see what they connect to and plan future schemes.

4. Don't forget your minimap

There's a wealth of information shown on your minimap in the bottom left corner of the screen, so make sure you don't overlook it. The camera icon indicates there is either an item you can scan for Intel, or something you can hack suc꧂h as a window or vent to open up an additional route. As well as big red icons for your targets, you'll also be tracking black dots for NPCs who will ignore you and white dots for those who can see through your current disguise and detect you, so use this to plan your movements and avoid them.

5. Keep an eye on your status

Underneath your minimap you'll see a status bar, depending on your current circumstances, and this can help you consider your next actions. Trespassing means you're in an area you shouldn't be with your current disguise, so either find a different outfit or stay out of sight. Searching means an NPC is checking out something suspicious, but as long as you're not caught within the Area Being Investigated you should be fine, while Compromised indicates you've been witnessed committing a crime and the person who saw you is on the way to raise the alarm. Hunted shows that guards are trying to track you down and will initially attempt to arrest you if spotted, with Combat being the final stage where you'll be shot on🔯 sight.

6. Save at key points in missions while experimenting

Unless you're playing on Master difficulty, you have access to an unlimited number of saves during a mission, and you should take full advantage of this to save at key points while you're testing out new strategies and approaches. There's nothing more frustrating than pulling off a skilful undetected infiltration into a fresh area, then blowing your cover soon afterwards by ma🍬king a silly mistake or getting an unexpected outcome to one of your actions. Making regular saves may feel like a bit of a cheat, but while you're still finding your feet and experimenting it gives you easy fallbacks without having to start the mission again from scratch.

7. Replay missions to increase your Mastery Level

Most actions you undertake during a 🍰mission award you with XP, which in turn add up to increase your Mastery Level for that contrac⛎t. Higher Mastery Levels unlock new starting locations and outfits, locations to smuggle items into the mission, and additional equipment to use, opening up more possibilities for your assassinations. Take a look through the challenges in the menu, as each one you complete unlocks a sizeable chunk of XP to help you progress towards the top Mastery Level.

8. Try not to kill anyone other than your targets

You may be a world-class assassin, but that doesn't mean you have to be ruthless when it comes to the lives of others. You'll often need to deal with other NPCs, but you should always try to incapacitate them rather than kill – not only do non-target kills reduce your score and rating, but you don't receive any experience for them either, whereas you get 25XP for every silent takedown. If you do get spotted by an NPC before knocking them out, you'll get an Unconscious Witness notification in the corner of the screen, which you can remove by dumping the body in a container. However, if you don't hide them and someone discovers ꦍthe witness, you'll be instan🔯tly compromised when they're woken up.

9. Take the time to observe what's happening around you

Missions take place in huge living, breathing worlds, and all of those NPCs milling about aren't just there for show. Pay attention to any conversations happening around you, especially when entering a new area, as they'll either provide some background information to what's currently going on or reveal opportunities for further exploration and even assassination methods. Often these aren't automatically added to your Intel, so listen ꧃well and follow up on them to make new discoveries.

10. Play out the Mission Stories

Following on from the previous tip, Mission Stories are specific routes through a contract that can be triggered when you overhear a specific conversation or witness a particular event, and are marked by a green lightbulb icon. Once it's been revealed, accept the prompt to follow it and you'll be led through a series of actions to reach one or more of your targets, helping you to learn the mechanics of each mission and providing useful Intel you can use on your subsequent playthroughs. 11. Look for Shortcuts to open up

New to Hitman 3, there are now shortcuts you can unlock within missions which then become permanent, so you can immediately use them on your subsequent playthroughs. How to get the Hitman 3 secret ending

In the final level of Hitman 3 you'll find yourself on a Providence train circling Romania. You're final target is the Constant himself, along with anyone on the train. I mean it, every single Providence employee on bo♛ard is a viable target, making this level an absolute blast if you want to execute absolutely everyone along the way. Whatever you do with the other people on the train you'll finally reach the Constant who will calmly accept his fate. 🐲Not before making you an offer though - use the serum again that originally wiped your memory once before as a Providence assassin and "surrender to your true nature". 

Initially, 47 will reject the offer outright and the game will leave you watching the Constant at the mirror with a wealth of options to kill him with. You can find a gun, fiber wire and axe in the carriage for example. You can also use the serum to wipe the Constant's memory, which is obviously the most satisfying option. However, to get the secret ending just wait for barely a minute: the Constant w🐈ill start talking again and you'll get the option to inject yourself. If you choose this you'll trigger the secret ending option, which will be very interesting to any Hitman fans that have seen the original game from 2000.

The Hitman 3 explosive golf ball is found inside a locked storage room, at the end of the Maintenance Corridor on Level 3, and there are two main routes to reach it. You can infiltrate this area disguised as Maintenance Staff or a Penthouse Guard, and when you꧅ enter the Maint♔enance Corridor you'll overhear a female staff member discussing the explosive golf ball on her phone.

Either incapacitate her to get the Janitorial Key (if you haven't found one elsewhere), or use a crowbar to pry open the door to the storage room at the end of the corridor. Inside, look behind the red toolbox in the corner and you'll find the Hitman 3 explosive golf ball, so grab it to add it to your꧒ inventory and complete the first stage of thisꦇ assassination.

Alternatively, if you have a crowbar you can head up to Level 4 disguised as a Penthouse Guard, then make your way to the Outdoor Area off the main luxurious Courtyard. Near the golf set up ꦓyou'll see the Penthouse Terrace Ladder shortcut, so break it with your crowbar and you can climb down directly into the storage room to collect the Hitman 3 explosive golf ball. Around the side of the Restaurant is the entrance to the ICA Facility, disguised as a set of freight containers. If you didn't already get the door code of 0118 from the ICA Apartment answering machine💛, there's also an employee ౠpacing outside who will say it out loud before entering.

Level 1: Laundromat door code
Either this is a huge coincidence, or ICA security is not as tight as it should be, because the code for the door at the back of the Laundromat is also 0118.

Level 4: The Block near Benchmark Lab door code
Beyond the Benchmark Lab on Level 4 is a stairwell in the corner, with a keypad door to access it. In Hush's Private Lab on Level 5 you'll find a whiteboard which reveals 2552 as the general access code for the building.

Level 5: Hush's Private Lab and Therapy Room external door codes
To enter either of these rooms from the external balcony you need the same keypad code, which you can even see through the window from the balcony, so use 2552 again.

Level 0: Arcade door code
At the base of Hush's building you'll find an Arcade in the corner, and in the rear room is a keypad door to take a back route to the upper floors. Guess what? The code is also 2552 – evidently Hush's security is a🀅s good as the ICA's.

Level 0: Arcade courtyard shortcut hatch code
In the courtyard to the rear the Arcade, there's a hatch tucked behind some blue and orange crates which opens up a shortcut route directly into Level -3 of the ICA Facility. Once again, the magic code you need is 2552.

Level 1: Wine Fridge lasers code
To access the precious bottle of wine, you need the Wine Fridge code to disable the lasers. The wine is a 1945 Grand Paladin, you overhear the code being hinted at as the "last year of World War 2", and a note by the keypad says "it's a vintage year" – if you still haven't figured it out, the code to disable the lasers is 1945, which is a bit on the nose.

Level 3: Villa Basement safe code
You'll need to do some investigating to solve this one, so listen for a discussion between guards outside the Villa, who say the code for the safe is the year Don Archibald Yates and his wife got married. Upstairs in the Level 5 Villa Office you can grab a calendar from the wall, indicating it is April 2021 and the couple are marking their "crystal anniversary" – as this celebrates 15 years of marriage, this makes the safe code 2006.

Hitman 3 has taken down all oꦇf its competitors to take home the award for PC Game of the Year at this year's Golden Joysꦰtick Awards.

IO Interactive's latest entry in the long-running assassin series carried on the story of t🤪he 'World of Assassination' from the previous two games. Agent 47 returns to take on anothe▨r globe-trotting murderous adventure, with levels set across locations like Dubai, Berlin, and the UK's own Dartmoor.

This year's list of nominations was a great showcase of the diversity of PC releases this year, with Hitman 3 winning out over the formeཧr Skyrim-mod The Forgotten City and indie breakout hit Wildermyth.

In our review, we called Hitman 3 a "🍌great end to the trilogy, with a satisfying conclusion made from enjoyable and endlessly entertaining levels".

"It should get boring; watching the same guards patrol their patrols, or workers work and characters wander well-worn tracks you know so well. But it never gets old. Knowing there's the tiniest crack to slip through, or a moment to exploit that can leave a target oh so tragically killed is never dulled by the repetition of running and rerunning the scenario like a time traveler that can only leave the loop after meeting the right conditions."

Hitman 3 is available now on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

In a new trailer, develop🐼er IO Interactive outlined Hitman 3's second year. Starting in January with VR support on PC (on top of the cওurrently-available PlayStation VR) and an elusive target 'arcade' which will put a spin on the limited-time marks, there'll also be ray-tracing on PC coming in "early 2022." 

On top of that, CEO Hakan Abrak sai💫d that "new maps, new storylines, new modes, new ways of playing" would all be coming in 2022, as well as "a few surprises that our community has been a🌞sking for for a very, very long time."

There's no word on what shape those surprises might take, but hopefully we'll begin to see them around the time of the secretive spring update mentioned on the developer's . It's also no surprise that development would be continuing on the game, as the studio announced that the 'World of A🐠ssassination' trilogy that kicked off with the Hitman reboot in 2016 had reached 50 million players, with Hitman 3 topping the list as the most successful Hitman game ever.

This updates the graphics and adds 💛a lot of quality of life fixes, and has these maps running on next-gen consoles. A sedative proximity mine seems lik🐻e it could be very powerful, allowing you to knock out guards and targets without having to be anywhere near them.✱ 

There are also two elusive targets up for killing (but remember, you only get one shot!). The first, The Liability, is available from June 17 to June 28th on the Club Holle map. He is a lazy building inspector who is awful at his job and gets people hurt, so don't worry too much about the ethical considerations here. The second set of Elusive Targets are The Twins on Sapienza. There is a catch though. One of the Twins has hired you to kill the other, but you won't know which is which to start. Who are the next Hitman 3 Elusive Targets

As announced in the , the first Hitman 3 Elusive Targets will be The Deceivers – a pair of smartly dressed older gentlemen found in Sapienza, Italy. The other question regarding these Hitman 3 Elusive Targets is about the setting, as you may recognize Sapienza as a location from the original Hitman game. IO Interactive have previously stated that the Hitman 1 GOTY Access Pass will be required to access locations from that previous game, including Sapienza, though it would be unusual for specific DLC to be required to take part in the Hitman 3 Elusive Targets mission.
