Kristin Bauer as Sleeping Beauty’s Maleficent in Once Upon A Time
Look’s who’s got all dressed up for an appearance in ABC’s new fairy tale drama Once Upon A Time this Sunday. It’s Kristin Bauer – Pam from True Blood – moonlighting as the evil queen from Sleeping Beauty , Maleficent.
In the original fairy tale, Maleficent is the vengeful fairy wh𝕴o casts a spell upon Princess Aurora, causing her to fall into a deep sleep after being pricked by the spindle of a spinning wheel.
But O nce is reinventing all that. Maleficent is an old acquaintance of the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla). “Maleficent is almost like a big sister to the queen,” reveals Parrilla. “She’s taught her some tric🥂ks and they probably have created spells and curses together, so you will see that on some level.”
But when💖 M💙aleficent turns up again, her motives may no be entirely friendly.
