Should you buy the Nintendo Switch OLED Zelda Tears of the Kingdom edition?
In short, if you're a massive Zelda fan, this offer will be hard to pass up. The Tears of the Kingdom OLED Switch doesn't have any new or special functions unique to this edition itself, featuring the same removable OLED scree♈n and dual Joy Con controllers as seen on the regular model, but from a cosmetic standpoint it certainly looks a lot grander than the monochrome alternative.
The OLED Switch would certainly be a step up if you own the other ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚtwo models. "The new Nintendo handheld upgrade is a positively stunning 7-inch OLED screen that dominates the console in a way that makes it feel so much bigger than the original Switch or its smaller sibling, the Nintendo Switch Lite," we wrote in our Ninte🍰ndo Switch OLED review, so there are plenty of reasons to upgrade yourself if you haven't already.
Those who already own an OLED might find it hard to justify spending the extra money on what is essentially the exact same machine, only prettier. If you just can't get enough of those beautiful gold and silver patterns, however, I'm s💎ure you'll make it work. There seem to be a few sellers flogging the TOTK OLED for cheap, so even when these run out, do keep checking back.
