Now a new report on has made it official, as the MPAA ꦕhave classified the film PG-13 for "sequences of violence and action throughout, disturbing behavior, suggestive c🎉ontent and language".
The terminology used in that report makes it sound like Suicide Squad is going to push the boundaries of the PG-13 rating as far as possible, which doesn't surprise me. Films like The Dark Knight are a perfect example of how dark a PG-13 movie can be, so I don't expect the film will lose much impact.
