Gran Turismo fans still have around 12 months to wait for a full sequel to appear on PS3, according to Sony Computer Entertainment of America.

"...GT5 is still about a year away. You should just decide now to buy it, enjoy it, go online and race against anyone and everyone, rank number one worldwide, ge🐽t the girl (or guy) and become the most popular kid in town. The end," Chris Hinojosa-Miranda, associate producer atSCEA, says.

The last we heard on a release date fo💝r GT5 came from the mouth of the game's director Kazunori Yamauchi who said it could be pushed back as far as late 2008. Seems he needed to add a few months to that guesstimate.

Still, at least GT5 Prologue is out tomorrow in the UK and🍎 less than a month away in the✱ States.
