INTRO:
This FAQ is designed to provide concise move set data for all of šthe main
š į£character variations in the game, as well as for subsidiary characters and
Lambdas. Body part damage, Humiliation gauge and daā ze effects, Submissions
Pin Falls and Lethal setup requirements areš all listed in a fš¦©ormat that
should allow for easy reading.
For the main charactāersą¦, each having four distinct move sets, IÂ’ve also
provided a handy comparison key for quickly idšentifying similarities or
differences between the four moveš½s assigned to each controller input.
FIND:
Use the ą¶£Find feature (Ctrl+F) with the chart numberšs in the Table of Contents
ꦫto quickly locš¦ate move set data. Each character's chart is spread over two
pages (A and B).
CHART LAYOUT:
For main characters, look to the tš°op of the page to find their name and choose
which of the š«four available variations you're working with. Each charꦰacter has
what I've chosen to call their 'Default' form of Normal and Superstar mošves.
To the right of that you'll seš e the 'Body = 100%' form (0% for sš§ome). Setting
their body weight sliders accordingly will change thā¦eš¤”ir move sets as shown.
There is a Normal and Superstar variant for thiꦔs form ašs well, but differences
between these are minimal.
Cāontroller commands are ālisted in the left columns. Most of these are grapples
requiring thꦺe use of the 'Y' button along with thše direction indicated. At the
very least, you'll find body partš§(s) damage for each move, listed š as Head(H),
Body(B), Arm(A) or Leg(L)š. You should know that focusing most of your attacks
on a single body part with a variety of moves𦩠is one of the most efficient
methods for taking down an opponent.
SYMBOLS:
š¼Many of the symbols used are listed š«at the bottom of the ‘BÂ’ pages in the
tables, but I&Aciš§rc;’ll clarify their meaning here:
'Sub' -- Submission
'Pin' -- Pin Fall
'+' -- Humiliaštion gauꦫge increase for opponent
'++' -- Humiliation gauge ź§up for both you and opponent
'dz' -- š Dazed(groggy) status on opponent
'vd' -- Vault(jump) behind opponšent and Daze
'td' -- Turn opponent and Daze
'mt' -- Mount Turnbuckle (your character climbs onto the turnbucą·“kle)
'dt'š -- Down Turnbuckle (opponent in sitting position under turnbuckle)
SUBMISSIONS:
Note that a number of Submissions have 2 body parts listed, tš®he meaning of
which depends on context. Upper-case letters reprź¦esent the š„primary area of
damage, while lower-casāe denotes a secondary effect:
Sub HB –- Head submission with equal parts Boādy damage
Sub Hb -- Heź¦ad submission with closing Body damage
Suš³b bH -- Head submission with initial Body daā±mage
Sub A>H --š &nbš¹sp;Head submission resulting from a chain sequence (Arm starter)
For chain sequences, tap the 'Y'(grapple) button ią¹n time with the red spark.
Some characters require you to do this twice.
COMPARISON SYMBOLS:
Ifš you scan through the cš²harts you'll see three column dividers containing 'x'
and '=' signsš indicating that theš moves are either the same(=) or different(x)
for any given contršoller input. The left column compares the two DEFAULT move
sets (Normal and Superstar) while the right compares the two Bš ODY = % sets.
The middle column views both DEFAULT moves ā againš st the two for BODY = %.
Since š±this compares all four moves atš once, a few more symbols are required:
= -- all four moves are the SAME
x -š- &nbšsp;Default moves are DIFFERENT from Body = %
1 -- ONE of the mošves is unique (the other three are the same)
2 --  š;TWO moves are the same (one from Default and one from Body = %)
p -- same PAIRź¦ of ź¦moves for Default and Body = %
GRAPPLE DEFINITIONS:
Upper Body:
If standing, setup first with Up+Y to getš§ into ground grapple position,
then input one of the four directšions plus ‘YÂ’ to activate it.
Lower Body:
If standing, the setupš§ is Down+Y to get into šground grapple position,
then inšøput one of the four directions plus ‘YÂ’ to activate it.
You can toggle between UPPER š§and LOWER Body ground grapples by tapping Â&lsquš°o;AÂ’
Standing Right:
Press Right+Y to start, then input one of the four directions plus &A൩circ;‘YÂ’ to
activate it.
Standing Left:
Pāress Left+Y to start, then input one of the four directions plus ‘YÂ’ to
activate it.
Back Grapple:
No setup required, aside from getting behind ꦦyour opponentš .
Dazed Grapple:
You must be facing an opponent who is in a Daš§zed(groggy) state at the time
you enter the commands. You'lš§l find that while someā of the moves from this
set are original, others are shāortcuts to left or right standing grappāles.
Back Dazed Grapple:
You mš¤Ŗust be standing behind a Dazed oppoį©į©į©į©į©į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©š±į©į©į©nent. If the Daze wears off before you
complete the command, šyou'll end up with a regular Back Grapple. One of the
easiest ways ź§to setup a Back Daze is to tap 'A' from a Standing Left or Right
Grapple starting position.
Front Turnbuckle:
Throw an opponent intš¶o a corner from a distance so that she lands facing your
character.
Back Turnbuckle:
Throwš° your āopponent into a corner from close range so that she lands with her
back turned to your character.
ADDITIONAL MOVES:
RUN TO:
Thāe set of six movešs under the heading 'RUN TO' refers to your character
running towards the opponent uš„šŗnder various conditions. Those labeled 'dir/Y'
require a directional ināput together with 'Y'. The last one isš · actually a
running strike (X) with your opponenš¹t in Front Turnbuckle position (Fr TB).
You may occasionally find ꦬthat this strike fails što connect, depending on when
ź¦you launched it ią¦n the opponent's animation sequence. If this happens, just
back up a couple of paces and try again.
OPPONENT:
The next set of five moves in the charts comes under the heading of 'OPš¦©PONENT'.
Down Turnbuckle position (Down TB) is a setup requiremš¹ent ąµ²for the first one.
Your opponent needs to be leaning 'On Rope' for the secꩲond šand 'Running' for
the lāast three. 'UD/X' means that you must be holdingš¼ either Up or Down when
you press theš 'X' button. 'LR/X' means hold Left or Right.
CLIMB TB:
These are aerial attacks from on top of the⦠turnbuckle. 'Upright' refers to
your opponent in a standing position, facing your character at a reasošnably
close range. 'Down' indicates that your oppoą¹nent is on thše mat at the time
you attacš§øk. The easiest way to set these up is to throw your opponent into
Froš“nt Turnbuckle position, then šrun in and tap 'Y'.
Note: Please be aware that Strikes, unlike Grapples, can have a š½variable
outcome as to which body paā±rt is affected, so don't sweat it if you nš¦©otice
any discrepancy between what I've listed and your oź¦wn game experience. One
thing thatā can always be counted on with aerial strikes, however, is the Pin
Fall. Išf that's what's indicāated on the chart, then that's what you'll get,
regardless of your opponent's status.
SPECIAL:
Tąµ²hese are the finishą¹ing moves. The specific requirements for all Lethals are
į©į©į©į©į©į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤į©š±į©į©į©listed in the bottom right corner for every chā¦aracter. 'Down' indicates that
your oppāonent needs to be grounded to execute the move.
