Report: Army of Two 3 in the works, to be called Army of Four

Rumors are circulating that another sequel to EA's Army of Two is in the works. Apparently, the follow-up to Army of Two: The 40th Day is goi♛ng to be running on the Frostbite 2 engine, and it's going to be taking the series' bromance from a twosome to a full-blown orgy of machismo masculinity and fist-bumps with four playableꦉ characters ass-grabbing their way across the battlefield.

source said that he expected that EA may have DICE help on the project now that Battlefield 3 is done, as apparently things weren't going well. We don't know if that means the game isn't coming together well, or if the developer is just having problems with the relatively new Frostbite 2 engine, ൲but it's still a disheartening sign.

And that's all we know! Honest! We can speculate that the devel🐟oper might try and expand the game's multiplayer component, as seems to be the trend with all of EA's properties, but that's based on absolutely nothing. Hopefully we find out more soon, though, because 🌟we're dying to find out how EA Montreal is going to animate four people high-fiving at once. Seriously, we bet there have been hours of meetings on that alone.
