UPDATE 1: Getting reports that while the content is still showing as free people trying to get it are being told they're 'not eligible' bಌut that's potentially only via the mobile app:
QUICK: For some reason the Fallout 4 season pass is showing as free on the EU so you can 'buy' and download it for no money now. Apparently it only works in the online shop, not the Stor🍒e front on PS4. You'll want the plain 'season pass' on the right.
I've tried it and got an email receipt thanking me for my purchase. No idea if Sony will honour it. Now... we wait.
