PS Vita TV brings portable gaming to your television

Sony has re♊vealed PlayStation Vita TV, a new device which lets users enjoy portable gaming and media experiences on their television.

Measuring 6.5cm by 10.5cm, the system adopts the Vita chip sets and system software to let users play over 1,300 Vita, PSP and PSOne classics on TV using a DualShock 3 controller. Since🅠 the controller isn't equipped with Vita features like a touch screen, rear touch pad, camera, electronic compass and microphone, not all Vita titles will be playable on PS Vita TV.

Vita entertainment offerings including movies and eBooks will also be viewable on TV. Additionally, the device allows users to Remote Play PS4 games on TV using a DualShock 4.

Vita TV is due to launch first in Japan on November 14 priced at 9,480 yen (£61 / $95), or 9,954 yen (£64 / $100) wi🅠th tax. A worldwide release will follow a𒐪t a later date.
