We don't know much about Prototype 2, except that it exists, and that it'll focus on James Heller, a military man bent on revenge against Alex Mercer (the first game's protagonist) with the belief that Mercer is responsible for the death of his family. Now we 🐲know slightly more - namely that regarding karate kicking helicopters has been taken to heart:
