The next Pokemon Go Community day is all about the elusive psychic Pokemon Abra. Niantic the star of the March 2020 𝔍Community Day alongside start times, catch boౠnuses, and bonus moves. Here's everything you need to know.  

What is the Pokemon Go Community Day?

If you're new to the world of Pokemon Go, the Pokemon Go Community Day is a special event that happens once a month. Ordinarily, Community Day takes place on the weekend and has one featured Pokemon that appears everywhere for a three-hour period. That's on top of raid and Egg bonuses a🍨long with extra bonuses like double catch Stardust, double catch XP, and double hatch progress (halved distance) on Eggs placed in Incubators during the eve𒉰nt. 

Pokemon Go Community Day is a great time to walk around your local parks and towns and join other Pokemon Go players out for some fun. Plenty of raids will go down and there's a real sense of community about the place. I🐎f you've never taken part in one before, give it a shot!

Pokemon Go March Community Day dates and times 

Again, the March 2020 Pokemon Go Community Day stars Abra, so the little psychic imp will spawn more frequently in the wild and you'll have a higher chanไce of encountering a Shiny Abra. Thanks to this month's event bonus, your lure modules will also last three hours and you'll receive trip🍒le catch XP, making Community Day a great time to catch Pokemon in general. 

For the March 2020 Community Day, Niantic is also throwing in a new bonus. Participants will be able to purchase a Community Day-exclusiꦦve Research Story called Investigating Illusions. This will cost $1, and completing it🍷 will grant 13,000 Stardust, one Poffin, one Rocket Radar, and "other rewards." 

This will all k🦄ick off at the fol👍lowing times: 

Northern hemisphere: Sunday, March 15 - 11am - 2pm local time 

Southern hemisphere: Sunday, March 15 - 3pm - 6pm local time  

Pokemon Go March Community Day exclusive move 

As always, evolving a featured Pokemon on Community Day will grant you an exclusive move. If you evolve an Abra into Alakazam during the event or up to two hours afterward🦩, it will learn a secret bonus move. Niantic hasn't revealed what this move is just yet, but you can beꦇt it'll be powerful.  

How to prepare for the Pokemon Go Community Day

If you're desperate for a Sh꧃iny Abra, you'll not want to run out of balls during your hunt. Stock up on Poke Balls, Great Balls, Ultra Balls, and stock up even more than you think you need to so yo𒉰u don't let your rewards slip away.

Don't forget about the bonuses! If there's an area you know that has a number of Pokestops in a small vicinity, stock up on a few Lures and throw them down, alon𒐪g with Incense and Lucky Eggs. Finally, make sure your incubators are free and that you've got enough available to hatch a bunch of eggs as you walk from Pokestop to Pokestop.
