Based on the novel by kids dreamweaver Dick King-Smith, the story follows a small boy who finds a strange egg on the shores of a loch. When the shell breaks, the lad is shocked to find a waterhorse and struggles to keep the ever-growing 💝animal a secret.

Morrissey has signed up to play an Arm🔜y officer, Captain Hamilton, who takes over a small village café in the hunt for the horse. Emily Watson is onboard to play the own💟er of the café and the boy's mother. Alex Etel (Millions) will play the hoof-smuggling kid.

Megaphone duties will be hand🌺led by Ladder 49 helmer Jay Russell.
