Noxus' pride apparently stretches into how he names his weapons. The comic-book-inspired Judicator can freeze enemies in their tracks, making them a giant target to everyone else. His secondary f🅷orm is the perpetually spinning🌊 Vhoscythe, a glorified alien top.
