And Robin Hardy also announced as special media guest at the annual convention, explains Danielle Nevin
FantasyCon, the annual genre celebration returning to Brighton this year, has added two new special media guests into the mix, adding to the glowing array of established guests of honour. Mark Gatiss, star and co-creator of BBC’s Sherlock , and Robin Hardy, the man behind The Wicker Man , are both set to attend.
Taking pla𝓀ce from 27-30 September at the Royal Albion Hotel, Brighton, FantasyCon already promises the attendance of a wealth of top authors and the event anticipates numerous book launches, talks and signings with the likes of Muriel Gray, Joe R Lansdale and Brent Weeks. Taking place in Brighton you might expect a party element to the convention and FantasyCon won't disappoint: with burlesq🅘ue and the traditional "dead dog" party planned, this event has all areas of entertainment covered.
