Gillan left a memorable impression as Nebula in Guardians, but we're hoping she gets more to do in the sequel. The sisters subplot between Nebula and Zoe Saldana's Gamora was largely sidelined in the first film, and as it was one of the more interesting story threads of the film it would be great if Gunn and co took a deeper dive into the complexities of that relationship. With the introduction of Star-Lord's father confirmed for Vol. 2, it wouldn't be surprising if family turned out to be a big the🐻me of the film, and a focus on the aforementioned fe𒊎male characters could yield compelling results.
