"I started off with just working out," she says. "▨They wanted me to just look a bit tougher. I started eating lots of protein. I went on this diet of more food, rather than less... I was like, 'You want me to eat everything? Perfect!'"

Gillan🦩 adds: "These women character are just so fierce. The fight sequences aren't graceful – they're hard and strong."
