Here's the real reason why Suicide Squad is undergoing reshoots

Last week, it was reported that David Ayer's 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Suicide Squad was 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:undergoing reshoots to make🤡 the film funnier. While many immediately assumed that this was in response to the poor reception of Batman v Superman - which has been criticised for being too dark - according to Suicide Squad star Jai Courtney, that isn't the case at all.

"I wouldn’t say we’re going back to make it funnier", Courtney told . "There’s some additional action stuff that we&rs🀅quo;ve been doing, which is pretty dope. Really, we’re just kind of adding in𒆙 that sense. You can't believe everything you read!"

Courtney's comments are contrary to Brett Schulte's, who tweeted that Warner Bros. had made David Ayer do reshoots because the film was too dark while 🌌he was on the set of Suicide Squad. Check it out below...

Given that he is a part🤪 of the reshoots, there's likely a little more truth in Courtney's comments. However, after the negative reception of Batman v Superman, it wouldn't be surprising if Warner Bros. have elected to inject more humour into the film.

If the second trailer for Suicide Squad is anything to go by the film looks like 𝐆it's going to be a lot of fun, so I'm really hoping those two minutes were indicative of the film's tone rather than just a glimpse at the funniest moments.

Directed by David Ayer and starring🍬 Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, and Joel Kinnaman, Suicide Squad will open in the UK and US on August 5, 20🐼16.
