Ubisoft announced at their Gamescom press conference that after a lengthy closed 𒉰beta they have officially released Ghost Recon Online to the mass public with an open beta.

The closed beta launched way back in March, and Ubisoft Shanghai has presumably been subtly tweaking the experience ever since. The full rel✃ease however i🎶s still not quite ready and is slated to ship sometime later this year on PC with a release on Wii U reportedly coming at some point after that.
