In order to visit different public service announcement signs, you need to visit one of the three locations mentioned in the challenge. You're looking for signs similar to the one pictured above; a big flashing red exclamation mark with a public s💧ervice announcement on it acting as a warning for something coming.
There's multiple in each location so if you don't get the challenge complete in one of the three places, move on to the next and you should complete it no problem.
