Fortnite Aquaman challenges Week 1
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Use a whirlpool at The Fortilla
For the first Fortnite Aquaman challenge, you simply need to head to The Fortilla and use a whirlpool. As you can see on the map above, The Fortilla can be found in the south-west corner, next to Rickety Rig. Simply swim out to any whirlpool and enter it to be shot into the air,🐻 much like the geysers back at the tail end of chapter one.
Doing this should complete the challenge for you. If it doesn't, have a lo🌜ok for another whirlpool closer to The Fortilla, because you might have strayed too far out. When it's complete, you'll have a brand new loading screen unlocked for your troubles.
Fortnite Aquaman challenges Week 2
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Use a Fishing Pole to ride behind a Loot Shark at Sweaty Sands
For the second of the Fortnite Aquaman challenges, you need to head to Sweaty Sands and use a Fishing 🥃Pole to ride behind a Loot Shark. The map above po🥀ints out Sweaty Sands on the map so you know exactly where to go, but make sure you get a Fishing Pole first.
When you get to Sweaty Sands with a Fishing Pole, look in the water around the outskirts for a Loot Shark. When you find one, cast the line into the water in front of it and the shark should bite, pulling you through the wate𓆉r. That's all there is to it! Getting a Fishing Pole may be the hardest part as it's essentially random, but make sure you're checking every chest you can until you get to a shark, or look out for the barrels of Fishing Poles on certain docks and piers.
Fortnite Aquaman challenges Week 3
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Catch different types of fish in a single match
The third Fortnite Aquaman challenge is not location specific, though like the previous one it requires the use of a Fishing Pole – unless you're a bit of a maverick and pick up a Harpoon, that is. Once you've got your angling equipme🦩nt of choice, look for fishing spots to cast into and keep going until you've caught two different types of fish.
Currently there are Small Fry, Floppers, and Slurpfish in the game, and fishing spots tend to throw up a variety of items, so it shouldn't take you long to secure two different types of fish. Note that you can cast the Fishing Pole into any area of open water and you will sometimes make a catch, but fishing s꧙pots will massively speed up the process for you.
Fortnite Aquaman challenges Week 4
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Complete the swimming Time Trial at Dirty Docks
For this fourth Fortnite Aquaman challenge you need to head to Dirty Docks, though it's curr🐼ently not marked as a named location on the map. If you don't remember where it is from last season, then🅠 head to the area on the east coast in H4 where a couple of the cranes are still sticking out of the water.
In the location we've marked on the map above, just south ♕of those protrud🌞ing cranes, you should spot a glowing blue stopwatch icon on the surface of the water. Approach and interact with it to start the swimming time trial at Dirty Docks, then follow the markers starting in a southeast direction and coming around in a loop. You'll need to be fast to hit them all, so remember to keep jumping out of the water as you sprint swim forwards to get a speed boost.
Fortnite Aquaman challenges Week 5
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Claim your Trident at Coral Cove
The fifth and final Fortnite Aquaman chaꦬllenge sends you of🦩f to Coral Cove in search of your missing Trident – if you don't remember this landmark from before, it's in the northwest corner of the map near the huge whirlpool, within grid reference A2.
That's the general area, though you don't actually want to head to Coral Cove itself. Instead, you have a choice of three small rocks emerging from the water surrounding the island, and each has a Fortnite Aquaman Trident on top. We've marked them all on the map above, so make your choiไce and go collect your new pickaxe – just watch out for sharks in the water!
Fortnite Aquaman challenges: Dive over the waterfall at Gorgeous Gorge
Completing the five weekly Fortnite Aquaman challenges will only net you the suit versio𓄧n of the character. If you want the shirtless Arthur Curry version, you'll have to complete an additional challenge which is to dive over the waterfall at Gorgeous Gorge while wearing the plain Aquaman skin.
