The final set of FIFA 22 Numbers Up boosts are live at last. This new campaign saw EA team up with Adidas to deliver upgradable cards for FIFA 22 players such as Joao Felix and Eder Militao. Over the season, they eventually ramped up to a 99 rating in one of three categories: Pace, passing, or dribbling. Below we explain exactly how the promo works, and run down the compౠlete FIFA 22 Numbersup cards list.

How the FIFA 22 Numbers Up campaign works

The FIFA 22 Numbers Up promo launched on Friday, November 12, and introduces a selection of new orange-and-yellow cards 🎉to Ulꦕtimate Team, with stats boosts given to each item. In a first for FUT, these attribute increases are specific to the type of boots worn by that player. 

FIFA 22 Numbersup cards are split into three categories, which dictate the type of upgrade granted. Wearers of the Adidas Copa boot get an increased passing rating. Those who sport Adidas Predator footwear earn a souped-up dribbling stat. And, most t🍎antalising of all, those who step onto the pitch in Adidas X boots score an increased pace rating.

The one exception to the above is Barcelona keeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen. ꧂He’s assigned the Adidas Predator boot, but receivꦆes an upgrade to his handling, rather than dribbling, stat.

If those initia🐈l attribute leaps weren’t tempting enough, there were further card boosts to come during the season. Eventu🍎ally all Adidas Copa players scored a 99 rating for passing, Adidas Predator players ramped up to 99 for dribbling, and Adidas X wearers hare around the park with 99 pace. 

While other attributes don’t rise all the way up to 99, they’ve also be given increases to ensure that eac🍰h card remains highly playable for more than one stat.

When is the FIFA 22 Numbers Up final upgrade?

“There wil𓆉l be two additional Numbers up upgrades over the course of the football season,” announced EA when the campaign got underway. “After the initial upgrade at the launch of the campaign on November 12, the second upgrade will take place at the꧃ end of December, and the third and final upgrade will come later in 2022."

Upgrade 2 did indeed come shortly af🌌ter Christmas, while upgrade 3 dropꦜped in April. All cards have therefore now reached their final forms. 

FIFA 22 Numbers up SBC and Objectives

There were two limited-time FIFA 22 Numbers up cards available at launch, in addition to the 11 initiඣally released in packs. 

Madrid winger Marco Asensio could be acquired by completing a FIFA 22 Numbersup SBC set which was open until Friday, November 19. He’s a Predator wearer and so the respective card initially featured a dribbling rating of 91, and slightly adjusted OVR of 85 – compared to 83 on his base gold card. The SBC cost around 🐽45K coinsꦐ to complete, as of Monday. November 15.

The second exclusive card belongs to another wide player – Tottenham and Netherlands midfielder Steven Bergwijn. This one is an Adidas X ite🌱m, and so saw his pace rating increase from 92 to 99 across the season. (Its initial OVR was 84.)

To unlock Bergwijn you needed to complete four in-game objectives within the FUT Friendly: Numbers Up match typ🐻e, such as scoring in five separate matches using a team of players with 82+ r▨ated pace. Like the Asensio challenge, it was available until Friday, November 19.

Later unlไockable players included Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne (via SBC) and Everton midfielder Anthony Gordon (through objectives). Both have been added to the FIFA 22 Numbers Up cards list at the end of this feature, which also contains ♒current ratings for all of the above players.

FIFA 22 Numbers up prices  

FIFA players (myself included) are obsessed with pace above all other stats, so it’s no surprise to report thaꦜt most of the campaign’s priciest cards are those in the Adidas X boot category – although they're all outdone by a particular Adidas Predator card. It belongs to phenomenal all-round centre-back Eder Militao (Real Madrid, 87), and shifts for 361,000 coins as of Monday, April 25. [Note t🌳hat all prices listed here pertain to PS4/PS5.]

Portuguese striker Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid, 90) to🌠ps the Adidas X price list at a wallet-scorching 356,000 coins, ahead of Diogo Jota (Liverpool, 88) and Angel di Maria (Pari✅s SG, 91). di Maria is going for around 282,000 coins, while Jota is slightly cheaper (but still incredibly expensive) at 256,000.

Adi🅰das Copa cards are a touch more affordable, with Declan Rice (West Ham, 89) and Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund, 90) setting you back 4🅺2,000 coins and 53,000 respectively.   

What happens if a FIFA 22 Numbers Up player leaves Adidas?

There’s no need to worry if a Numbersup player switches boot manufacturer allegiances mid-season. “If a player changes from using Adidas boots to another brand it will not affect their item or progression and they will stil💮l be eligible for all Numpersup𒅌 upgrades,” says EA. 

Similarly, because these card boosts aren’t linked to real-life performanc▨es, there’s no need to worry if a player you own suffers a loss of form, 🤡or gets injured. The Numbers up cards for Felix, Jota and Bergwijn were all guaranteed to have 99 pace ratings by the end of the season – as has now occurred.
