The new still shows her poised and ready for action, taking aim with a bow and arrow, a weapon that’s re-emerged as something of a cinematic staple of late.

The charactꦡer is 600 years old (pretty young in Elf years), and is an entirely new creation, looking to add some gender balance to Tolkien’s male-centric Middle-earth adventure.
