In a (as spotted by ), developer Studio Wildcard explained that it wa☂s preparing for the "imminent release" of the game on Xbox One.

As revealed at Gamescom, ARK will be a part of the Xbox Game Preview early access programme, so we'll almost certainly be seeing the game turning up as a technically unfinished version (although, given the number of changes to the PC version in recent months, i🐻t will probably appear more fully-formed than that implies).
