A tough one! You’ll get to a portion of the map where you can clearly see two enemy AA guns. Just below them, where y✤ou can’t see, there is 𝕴a large shelf where the journal is lying. VERY HARD TO SEE!

Just outside the easily recognizable Watcher base. Fly between the spires and head towards the Archon at the ed♎ge of the cliff. There’s a barely vis𝓀ible journal in between him and the outer circle of the circular base. Hover!
