Creators of Doom, No More Heroes, and Panzer Dragoon express interest in Kinect
But it's not for "real games," says Carmack
"I have an itch to make a Kinect title for Xbox Live," said John Carmack in a recent. But don't get your hopes up too fast - he followed it with, "I don't even know what I'd want to do yet... I can't use Kinect for our real games; there just isn't a plac💖e for our current FPSes on th๊ere."
So while it may be a while until we see a Kinect game from the man who single-handedly pushed FPS tech to its limits for the betﷺter part of the 90's, it's nice to hear a hardcore developer express interest in the project, and he's not the only one. Several high-profile Japanese firms also, in one ofits recent features.
