Call of Duty remasters could happen if Activision finds the time

Remember that massively successful petition for a 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:C♐all of Du🌠ty: Modern Warfare 2 remaster remaster? Bringin🌃g back old Call of Duty games is something its creators "talk about and think about a lot," according to Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg.

Hirshberg told that remasters "can be great" if done well, and that many people naturally 🍒want to see their favorite old moments spruced up for new hardware. So why aren't we already riding super-high-res snowmobiles through the Tian Shan mountains?

"It's always the opportunity cost, meaning we need everybody we can get to make the content we're already committed to 🎐for our new games," Hirshberg said. "It's always a matter of finding great people to do that work. I would love to play Modern Warfare 1 or the original Black Ops. There's certainly a deep well there."

"Deep well" is right: even if you exclude all the spinoffs and handheld titles, Activision's still publishe♒d 11 major Call of Duty game🐈s since 2003.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run ꦅnewspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
