Black Eyed Peas to thank for absence of new Black Eyed Peas games, everyone satisfied except Ubisoft
Publisher seeking $1,000,000 after BEP Music fails to approve own 🥀game
Ubisoft is suing Black Eyed Peas Music to the tune of $1,000,000 after the group failed 𝔉to approve a new BEP game created by the developer/pubꦑlisher as part of an ongoing license agreement.
Ubisoft claims it spent $233,000 creating a BEP game for iOS devices. It submitted the game to BEP Music for approval in March, which it was contractually obliged to respond to wi♒thin 10 business days. Despite repeated requests, Ubisoft still hasn’t heard a peep from BEP Music. So it’s begun legal action.
:"As a direct and proximate result of BEP Music's breach of ♕contract, Ubisoft has suffered damages in an amount in excess of $1,000,000, which not only includes Ubisoft's ou🍬t-of-pocket development costs, but also the profits Ubisoft has lost and will continue to lose as a result of BEP Music's breach of contract."
The 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:Black eyed Peas Experience for Wii and Xbox 360 Kinect is so far the only title produced as part of Ubisoft’s partnership with the group. U𓄧ntil this matter is resolved, there will be no more Black Eyed Peas games.
