Batman was easily one of the standout characters in The LEGO Movie, and while taking a supporting character from an animated movie and giving them their own film doesn't always work - I've got my finge🌸rs crossed for Finding Dory later this year - that doesn't look ꦐlike it's going to be the case here.
The trailer is light on plot - which will see Batman saving Goth🔯am from Joker - but it's brimming with humour, imagination, irreverence, and most of all a sense of fun! In other words, this could be the Batman film we deserve, aꩵnd the one we need right now.
