Approaching max hype for American Gods
Started watching the new American Gods trailer at work but had to stop because I st𝔉arted breathing heavily.
The trailer als🔯o received the seal of approval from one very import꧒ant person:
Now, this trailer works for me. //t.co/gi8H7Wz0Qh
I 💛actually read Gaiman’s novel last year after hearing people rave about it for the past decade, but I was ultimately disappointed because I thought the pacing was painfully slow. Thankfully, it doesn’t look l♛ike that’s going to be the case with the TV version, because this trailer is stuffed with so much jaw-dropping imagery that it makes me think this story will work far better as a show than it does on the page.
Based on the novel by Neil Gaiman and executive produced by Bryan Fuller (Hannibal, Pushing Daisies) and Michael Green (Logan, Heroes, Smallville), American Gods stars Ian McShane, Ricky Whittle, and Emily Browning a✅nd premieres on Starz on April 30, 2017.
