EA's latest promotion for Battlefield 3 pits fans against each other for the chance to p⛦lay the game ahead of launch in their city by voting to “demand” it. Working in൲ conjunction with Hollywood's Relativity Media and event-promo site Eventful, EA will also offer Battlefield fans from the winning city an exclusive preview of the feature film, Act of Valor. Here’s the first teaser for that movie.

Directed by Flight of the Phoenix director Mike “Mouse” McCoy and featuring work by prolific Ho♏llywood stunt coordinator Scott🔥 Waugh, Act of Valor stars a team of active-duty Navy SEALs in a fictionalized story based on actual events. Due for release in February 2012, the film will be previewed in an advance screening on Oct 19, with the location to be decided by voters on the film's . The screening will also include a hands-on big-screen preview of Battlefield 3. Fans have until 2pm PST tomorrow (Oct 13) to vote for their city to host the preview.
