Why trust us?
GamesRadar+ takes pride th𓄧at our reviews and best lists are independent and free from any commercial considerations. We never🌌 take money for reviews or for placements in our best lists and buying guides.
Our team will sometimes take trips and other hospitality to attend shows or see products. ❀That doesn't affect how we think or write about those products or games🍰, but it does affect whether we can cover certain products or events, particularly when otherwise we would not have had that coverage opportunity.
The majority of review products are sent to us by the companies involved, and the majority are a direct result of a review request. We only review product🎀s that we have selected ourselves and that are worth reviewing. We always return products on request or at the end of our agre🍎ed loan period.
You can read more about our approach to reviewing and scoring in our guide, which includes what our scores meanꦓ.
Affiliate & Advertising disclosure
We always aim to provide unbiased editorial created by our journalists and writers. We also need to pay ou🎃r teams and website costs so we make money in a number of ways. We sometimes use affiliate links to products and services on retailer sites for which we can receive compensation if you click on those links or make purchases through them. From time to time we also publish advertorials (paid-for editorial content) and sponsored content on the site. When this is the case the content is clearly marked as sponsored or promoted, so you’ll always know which content is editorial and which is not. Future PLC is our parent company and has an in-depth terms and conditions page with a lot more information that you can read .
Content Funding on GamesRadar+
The majority of the content on GamesRadar+ is created solely by our editorial team and its contributors. However, on occassion, we also work with external partners to create content we hope our readers will find useful and interesting. This article explains how we fund this content𝄹 that's created for GamesR🔴adar+.

News
I worked as a freelance games journalist for six years before wearily staggering into the house of GamesRadar+, where I was welcomed with open arms and a frankly alarming amount of dog GIFs. This means my soul is measured in content, and also that you may have seen me around. I've written for PC Gamer, Eurogamer, IGN, RockPaperShotgun🅷, Sports Illustrated, and plenty of others over the years. I also received a journalism degree at some point and they haven't asked for it back, so here I am, writing the best bad similes of my career. On GamesRadar, I write about the day-to-day goings-on of t꧟he games industry. I spend most of my time picking out the important bits from the never-ending flood of trailers and announcements, but I also find some of my favorite stories in creative communities and weird rabbit holes.
