18 3D-enabled PS3 games released in 2010

2010 was a big year for 3D, but excepting a few movies you paid extra to view through paper-framed glasses, you probablymissed most of it.For those with the cash, however,Sony and third𒆙-partiesmanaged to put o🍨ut an impressive number of 3D-capable games for the PS3 this year.

A new post at the PlayStation B✤log has the definitive list of every PS3 game that received some kind of support for the new stereoscopic 3D standard. To enjoy the feature, you ha🌠d to have a brand new 3D TV, which only began being sold in April of this year, as well as a pair of $150 3D glasses, and a high-speed HDMI cable.

In toꦓtal, 18 gamꦇes made use of the expensive new toys for your living room. Here's the list:

1. Call of Duty: Black Ops
2. Enslaved: Journey to the West
3. EyePet
4. The Fight: Lights Out
5. Gran Turismo 5
6. High Velocity Bowling
7. Hustle Kings
8. 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game
9. MotorStorm: 3D Rift
10. NBA 2K11
11. PAIN
12. Prince of Persia Trilogy
13. The Sly Collection
14. Super Stardust HD
15. Swords and Soldiers
16. TRON: Evolution
17. Tumble
18. WipEout HD

And here are some more stats on the PS3's slate o༒f 3D games:

- 11 of the 18 are packaged, Blu-ray Disc games (7 are downloadable)
- 11 of the 18 are first-party Sony games (7 came from third-party publishers)
- 11 of the 18 had 3D suppor♔t natively integrated (7 received 3D patches after release)

Huh,11-7 split for all of those metrics... and each one is a different combination of games✱. Weird. Anyway, there are dozens more 3D games on their way to the PS3, including Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, and Crysis 2.

While it may be years and years before a majority of users even have a 3D TV, you've got to hand it to Sony for at least trying to push the technological envelope, even🐓 if not everyone is on board.

Have ♌you played a game in stereoscopic 3D? If so, did you like i🌞t?
